Three Things You Must Have Before You View a place

You can pre-qualify yourself by having undermentioned documents handy. In rent to lease property, this is very common. This will save your time.

Before You View The Property

• Credit Report – Recent, at least not more than 30 days old.
• Job letter – If its not handy, acquire one from your HR.
• Pay stubs – At least three

After You Like The Property

You will need  a cheque book, Work place reference, photo id, your car makes and details, content insurance before move, lease agreement etc.

These will be needed immediately if you would like to proceed further with the offer.
